Our unique hands on chocolate making classes offer an in depth experience in chocolate making. Starting from the origins of Venezuelan chocolate coverture manufacturing, learning about tempering chocolate and hand rolled truffle creations, caramel cooking, molded and enrobed chocolate making and chocolate figures decorations and sculpturing, we have divided our curriculum in four levels.
